If you change the tubes in your therapy do you need to rebias?

Correct š It might be worth mentioning that in order to fall inside the optimum range of performance the new tubes should be of a 'medium' rating as well.

āMedium rangeā output tubes...other than Groove Tubes I donāt usually see tube operating range options listed when buying NOS or current production.

If you change the tubes in your therapy do you need to rebias? The therapy will take 6L6, 6V6, el34, 6ca7, and kt77 all without having to bias. medium range is correct.

Iāve personally swapped the 6L6s for KT 77 and EL34 with no biasing and no problems. Totally plug ān play.
Got the tubes from the Tube Store - wasnāt interesting in throwing a ton of money at NOS tube rolling. They all sound great - the Therapy is a tremendously versatile amp!
