The Vibrato on my 1968 Deluxe Reverb is weak. I’ve tried new tubes. My research indicates that it may be the LDR. Is this a do it yourself kind of a job or should I take it to a shop?

Replacing the roach is not difficult at all if you can solder. It is easy to access and relatively inexpensive. You might check those three caps too.

Thank you. I ordered the LDR from Amplified Parts. If it’s not that, I’ll take it to a shop.

I got it done today. I must have put it on backwards at first, because there was no Vibrato. But I took it off, turned it around and it worked. (I was so excited that forgot to take photos.)
