Hello,
I've already posted this in the Remedy section.
I know it’s bad but I accidentally turned on my remedy head without speaker cable.
It remained about 10 mins in stand-by mode and then about 1 min at half-power with me trying to plug some light chords.
I suddenly realised there was no speaker cable and switched off the head.
When I switched the amp on again (this time with the cable) everything was working and I did my 2 hrs reahersal without problems.
I just noticed a light hum at high volume. I don’t know if it was already there since it was the first time I cranked my amp a little bit.
There's also a blue glowing inside the power tubes and I cannot tell if it was already there either.
Did I damage something or am I just panicking?
Thanks.

OK. The blue glow was there and you just didn't notice it until you went into panic mode and looked closely. I believe the jack shorts if there is nothing plugged into it which helps short-term to keep from damaging the output x-former. If there was any damage you would probably have smelled it, especially since you were examining it closely.

It happens. Now if you had been trying to play at full volume with no speaker, you likely would have damaged it. But zpilot is right that you just got super observant. You're good to go!

It is very obvious when you damage something because of that. I did it once. I plugged my Laney Lionheart head speaker cable into the foot switch jack instead of the speaker jack on accident. When I flipped the standby switch and started playing, the head started smoking like a chimney. That was a sad day! I got it fixed and sold the head.
The only good thing that came out of that was A) I learned never to do that again and B) I needed a head real quick and my friend lent me his Remedy head. I used it for one gig and paid him cash for it and have been playing Dr. Z amps ever since!

Yes, you’d know if you damaged the OT. I’ve done it too, you can actually hear a slight rattling noise coming from the tubes when you strum hard without a speaker connected. As for the blue glow, it was always there. Just means the tubes are a little gassy, meaning the getters didn’t absorb all of the remaining gas when the tubes were built. Has no effect on performance, lifespan, etc.
