I wanna start using 2 amps, A/B/Y, and I'm wondering what other Z amp would work well with the Remedy? My reasoning being, the Rem nails the rhythm tone I'm looking for. But can't get the lead tone I want without changing settings on the amp and getting too loud for my venues, and no pedal has worked for me and rolling back the guitar volume for rhythm doesn't get me where I wanna be. So In your opinion, which Z amp does the best lead tone to compliment the Remedys rhythm? I'm looking for creamy, silky smooth, works with a Lester and preferably has an effects loop. I'm stuck between a Cure, Maz 18, and Z Lux (I know, no effects loop)

Oh and the Stang Ray. Again, no loop, but for the ray id make an exception

For a lead tone, "up & over" the Remedy? I'm thinking the E.M.S., likely. But also no FX loop on that guy either.

Have you ever played a Maz GT? Loud but you can get a MV added to tame the volume.

Never have and theres nobody around the Tulsa area that has Z's other than Tulsa Band and their stock is limited to a couple DB4's, a Z-Wreck, and a Maz 38, so I can't really try amps out, which is why I'm constantly on here looking for advice

Does your Remedy have the EQ bypass feature? That may give you the lead tone you want with a tap of a switch.

Have you considered an overdrive pedal for silkier leads? I'm using a Greer Lightspeed with the Tone knob set kinda low - great results, but the amp has to be already cooking
