Took my Ghia to an open mic jam. They had enough amps at first so I left it in my car. When our band got up to play a few tunes the Fender that was on stage quit working. So I ran out, grabbed the Ghia, placed it on top of the Fender, moved the mic, problem solved.
In addition it sounded way better than the Fender. Who knew ? Lol.
The other guitar players at the jam took notice and plugged into the Ghia for the rest of the evening.
It sounded great no matter what guitar was plugged in, and it sounded really awesome with a Koa Taylor T5 that one guy had.
I played my PRS McCarty soapbar. It has been a while since I was able to crank the Ghia with the PRS, great sound.

Not shocked. I've never even played a ghia and I'm not shocked. My 1x10 z-28 sounds great week after week and usually makes anyone who hears it question their huge rigs. I've always considered switching things up and putting it in a 1x12 cab, but I have no real reason to.
