Been Z-less for a little while as I've had a lot of things going on personally that have been a really big deal, but I finally found my way back to where I need to be in the Z-camp. The venerable Dr. Z Carmen Ghia with the new "retro" styling 1x12 Lite cab. Speaker is a Celestion Creamback 65. I do have to say that I truly think this is my favorite Z amp of all time. I've had several before, but Z-GAS has always gotten the better of me and I would move on too something else. But this time.. This Ghia ain't going anywhere... And for those of you wondering, Dr. Z did an amazing job with the weight. Part of the reason I went for this particular one was because it made it much more manageable while retaining the 1x12 format. Average of weights: 36.61 Lbs (Using special straps and luggage scale, which is pretty accurate). Now that is pretty darn awesome!! Thanks for making and improving such a great amp Doc!!

Nice! I like the Z Wreck cloth on it. Weighs only a few lbs. more than my 1x10 CG too.

The Ghia was my favorite too. The Cure with the level makes it better for an all around amp....but the Ghia is such an original sounding amp. Super cool with only two knobs, and now in that light cab!!! WOW, plus the green jewel light!!!
Beauty.

Other amps come and go, but my Ghia stays put. Welcome back to the club. I'd love to try a creamback in mine. I've been stuck on the H30 Anni for a while, but feel like the fuller mids might be a good move.
