I might spring for a Cure. A Maz front end with 2 X big bottle power section....with less than 20 watts? For the price? Wow....really tempting.
But then again, if I was still giggin', I'd still have my Ghia....and that would be a real challenge!

Yea Im fighting the temptation on the Cure myself. I really liked that maz studio combo. But then through trial and error.. I realized that I like 6V6 6L6 amps better. So I hear you that power section in that small combo would be perfect.

Tough one for me as I just got a brand new Maz 18NR Studio Combo about 9 months ago. And I love it. But still...

I mean even If your not gigging its sounds to me like a great amp for the
bedroom or basement player with that level control your dialed in.

But then again, if I was still giggin', I'd still have my Ghia....and that would be a real challenge! Even if not giggin'! Killer little home amp...that can gig mightily if needed. It's the ultimate practice amp for playing/learning tunes with. My Therapy is full time employed at my house gig, so the Cure is a home amp right now. I'm betting this amp would give that little 10" Ghia a run for it's money. A 12" speaker, better lower volume tones, lighter...AND cheaper!!! Win Win Win situation~

Of course with the new ultra lite cabs....a Ghia in the 12" combo weighs only 1 lb. more than the 10" combo does. .... But that level control would be nice at home.
