Hi friends, Its been a while but I'm back with a new to me original Mini 1X8 combo... and I'm lovin' it!
It may be the perfect living room amp for my situation and my CS 339 has a new best friend to play with.
Anyway, what is the Ohm output, and what was/is the original speaker?
Also, does this circuit mind mismatched ohm loads or is it highly recommended to not do that that with this amp.
And thanks Z for another great amp.

Thanks Mike,
A Fun amp it is indeed. I'm practicing some smokey chord melody jazz quietly in the living room, but that volume knob is just so tempting... And, whoever designed this deep cabinet is a genius, just great depth in a small package.
Rock my friends...

FWIW, My stock v1 MiniZ speaker (8in weber stamped C8RS4) reads out at 4 ohms with my meter. Running more ohms than rated shouldn’t hurt an amp anyway(but Less is bad) I’ve tried this mini w/8and 16 ohms skpr cabs and it was fine. Mini was beastly into 8ohm 4x12 😎👍🏽!! Rock on!

First gen was a 4 ohm weber. It’s fine to run 8 ohm and actually has a tap that you can access on the OT if you want to mod the amp IIRC.
