OK, so I picked up a Mini Z version 1. WOW, heck of a sound from an 8" speaker!!!
It appears as though the top portion of the back (which covers access to the amp itself) does not come off easily. Any suggestions on how to remove the amp itself from the cabinet?

Carefully! (sorry about that)! Hey, that was pretty funny!! Seriously, I figured it out. You need to remove the screws holding the grill/speaker in place and remove the entire grill assembly. There are then 2 screws holding the chassis in place. After removing those 2, it slides right out.
