Thanks to all - it's been a few months' delay during which time I think almost everything in the house or driveway suddenly needed to be fixed or replaced but I'm awaiting delivery of my Therapy and 1x12 this week. I appreciate all of the experience and advice shared! Steve

I appreciate all of the experience and advice shared! Steve What color and speaker? This amp has been able to cure my needy feelings for other amps....not that I don't still WANT to buy other amps but I am so satisfied with the Therapy I know I really don't want to own them. The Therapy is very versitle, and I'm really starting to get use to the way the controls function which while seeming straightforward actually are a bit more interactive than a typical Fender style Bass, Middle, Treble control.

Well, I did for a moment contemplate life with a surf green or red amp - they look soooo cool - but in the end I just couldn't see myself pulling it off. I have a LPB guitar and that's pretty "stepping out" for me So I went with Black with Tan - both cabinet and head. I figured a warm, vintage marshall-style look. I got the Creamback speaker - seems like there's a lot of positive things about that speaker with this amp on the Forum. It's my first foray into Celestions/British style speakers from the American/Tweed/Jensen world so I thought I'd go with the stock suggestion. I am indeed hoping I have similar results as you have - I'd like this to be my main "swiss army knife" amp and I'd also like to maybe have it be one of my only amps - I've got a room full of ones I never use and I'd rather one or two that get used all the time.

Sounds like a nice color combination. The Cream back boys sound really good with the Therapy so will be very pleased!! Todd

Thanks Todd! Delivery scheduled Wednesday afternoon - can't wait! There's a PCNS speaker cable in my gig bag waiting to complete the circuit I've been running a Canabis Rex with mine...originally I used the Vintage 30 that Dr Z said was his choice for the Therapy. I also tried a Weber ceramic Blue Dog and an Eminence GB128.... They all sounded good but the V30 and Canabis Rex seemed to work better with the EQ giving more tonal flavor. Speakers are a great part of the sound chain to play with if your looking for other flavors. I've been thinking of trying a WGS G12 c/s to get a bit more American flavors. The Therapy is great to play at all hours of the day and night ....takes pedals like a champ.....has incredible overdriven tones....super flexible sound machine ready for sonic explorations..... Keep us posted
