Just got this a couple of hours ago, and so far, I am loving it. This this sounds beautiful. I have been looking for an amp with Vox like tones. Totally different than what I am used to (Suhr OD100SE+). I needed an amp for this country band I am in. Been playing rock for so long, I needed a change. I bought this without ever trying it out, none in my area. I went by the reviews and clips I read here, and you guys were right.

Welcome aboard - karma to you for a great purchase! I bought my Stingray without ever trying one too, and I have to say I have never regretted it. And you'll find it makes a great rock amp with a few pedals - it's great to be able to go from pristine clean for those tunes where that's appropriate, to however much gain you need from a BB Preamp or an OCD or whatever you have. I love mine, and I know you're going to love yours too...

Thanks guys. I do have a OCD in my setup that works great with this amp.

My favorite Amp. I have recently been running it through a Zbest and using my Mesa V-Twin pedal for a little grind. The Mesa pedal has a dark tone and balances well with the Stang-Ray.
