hello, i've been a ghia owner for a couple of yrs. now and it's a very cool amp---easily the top small tube amp i've ever owned. i would like to try to experiment and tweak the tone control to use the stangray tone control values since they are a similar type. have any of you stangray owners popped the hoods on your amps and made note of the resistor and cap values on the tone control? my ghia has a big .01 cap and a small 250pf cap with 2 150k resistors--all these soldered to the tone control. anyone know the stangray resistors and caps?

To me the tone controls sound very similar (I have both). It's the cut knob that sets the two apart tonally, to me. I don't know about differing component values, just using my ears.
