I would love to hear how this works with delay, verb, chorus, those types of effects, given that the signal doesn't have to run through them before they hit the amp? The would seem to allow a player to play Z amps and the Dr. intended, with a just cord.

Glad it's worked out for you, but man, $600 to be able to use reverb and delay with the Remedy? Ouch! This thing just needs an FX Loop or perhaps, if you're a heavy delay/verb user and like to run high gain amps, maybe the Remedy isn't the amp to buy. I'm still happy with mine and using it daily with plenty of effects, just not able to crank the gain as much as I'd like w/o the loop.

Trust me this thing really does work and offers more than you may think.
$600 buys you an amazing master volume power amp that doesn't affect your tone. I can set my amp to the sweet spot i get at gig, use the power station to control the amp at any volume with no tone loss what so ever. I am able to get clean, crunch and high gain from my guitar volume at any volume. The Remedy is the best i have tried to get this. So i can get great tones in the bedroom and on stage.
It has the effects loop so i can run delay and reverb with no tone loss and it doesn't get messed up. I have ran the effects through the front and didn't like it one bit!
I can use the remedy as a 50w clean loud amp. Just have the volumes low, master cranked and then use the power station the give me the clean power i would need. Stick a reverb in the loop then i have a 50w fender type amp with whatever sort of breakup.
I can also run 2 cabs from the power station.
Its got a line in, so if at a gig my remedy fails, i just plug in a preamp pedal like the bognor blue into the power station line in, i will then have a second amp which is quality. Again all clean and drive sorted to get through the gig.
this isn't just a device to get delay and reverb into an effects loop, it has plenty of options that offers extreme versatility.
I see you have a EZG-50... imagine running that almost full tilt! Not possible usually even with something like an airbrake but with this you can.
When i read things on here....some people are put off by some dr z as they are loud. With this you can get the sweet spot on any Z amp at any volume.

I hear you. I see the value of a tool like the Power Station or the v2 Unleash for example. I just think it's kind of odd to me that amps that have lots of gain wouldn't have an FX loop. My solution is a quasi wet/dry rig since I have several amps.
Yes, the EZG-50 and most Z amps are loud. That is not an issue for me. I do run the EZG at full tilt- no attuenators needed. I play loud rock music though and clearly, not everyone can be loud like the bands I play in.
I like delay through the front of an amp with some overdrive happening, not fully clean. Others prefer total clean, that's cool too. Different strokes. Cheers!

I'm not a band-wagon sort of cat, but I have to completely agree with dean111music, re the Fryette Power Station. The guys shipped the same day, as ordered. It arrived on-schedule. I've had it for one week. I realize it's a rash assessment, but this box is the answer to the amp:venue question. Glorious. Second, I have never used an effects-loop, because my amps don't have them and I'm old-school (actually, I'm just old). All changed. This is great. Skunk Baxter slap-back on Bodhisattva sounds perfect, regardless of my various input gain. Holy Moly.
Predictably, the Power Station also pairs perfectly with an old 1964 Traynor YBA-1. This amp only has two output tubes, but it is too loud for indoor venues. Not anymore. I can't comment yet on its performance with Fenders, because I can't stop playing the Remedy, and the old Marshalls, and Traynors. I have found little sympathy with Fenders and attenuation in the past. But now perhaps some hope. I would dearly love it if the Power Station works with a Super Reverb.
Anyways, the Remedy is a perfect amp for me. Z is brilliant.

I bought a Fryette Power Station as well for my studio. It has been a wonderful addition and solution to the low volume tone issues.

I already have a Bad Cat Unleash, but I'm considering the Fryette. It seems to be an extremely useful "piece of kit."

I'm using it at rehearsals and live venues. It has exceeded my expectations and I'm 100% satisfied. Totally out of character for me.

I've seen this on another forum and it really looks like a useful piece of gear!
I'll be sniffing around one of these down the road.
