Got the tracking number this morning, so I will be patiently awaiting its arrival some time this week. Did I say "patiently?" HA! That's a laugh! Did you know if you paste the tracking number in to the Fed Ex site every 20 minutes, it hardly seems to change the result at all? AAAARRRRGGGHHHHH! Drive FASTER guys!

Try waiting on something to be Fed Exed to the other side of the planet. Only to find the tracking # says arrived in Australia. Ask customs and they say, no such arrival. Finally Fed Ex tells me my precious Grosh Set Neck #004 is "missing"!!!!!! About a week later they find it in a "lost" section of some depot in the US and they had to ship it back to where it originally started and start the whole thing again! I asked why the tracking told me it had been to Denver, Salt Lake, Sydney Aust, and they couldn't really answer. I think they make those up sometimes. Finally got to me safe and sound and I received a refund on the shipping which was kinda cool in the end but still...a lot of stress.

By the way, saw a friend of mine play the other night with a THD Flexi 50 and 2-12 box. Nice amp, I can see why you like it. My other friend was playing a Bad Cat, very nice also.

By the way, saw a friend of mine play the other night with a THD Flexi 50 and 2-12 box. Nice amp, I can see why you like it. There are amps, and there are great amps. I'll probably always have and use the Flexi, but owning one great amp doesn't mean you can't own another few.. I'm hoping the Stingray is one of my other great amps. I love the 6545, and I'm planning a whole set of things around that amp. But the sound clips of the Stingray have me expecting great things from it. Especially in the studio! Just checked FED EX and mine is to be delivered on FRIDAY!

You're waiting on something a lot better than ketchup (or catsup?)! Less calories too! But you can't put a Stingray on a hot-dog.

Holy cow! My Stingray is in Portlan Oregon - that's only a couple hundred miles from here. I think I feel its vibrations... Looks like it will make it here tomorrow assuming it gets routed up here tonight. Shoot, that's only a three hour drive from here... ACK! ;D

Man, what a great rig...Tele w/ Kinmans, CS 3 w/ Allums mod, RAT, STINGRAY...I'm definitely at a high point! ;D The cool thing is that I'm playing twice on Saturday - in the AM with the Blues Band and in the PM with our covers band. It's really the covers band that I think this thing is going to shine with, but I've got my pedal board wired tight for both now, so I'm thinking I'll get a good test almost immediately. Cool!
