I have Charlene (my Therapy) sitting on top of my Z-Lux with a head switcher wired in. Both amps wide open with the Airbrake at 4 clicks down. Tweaked the tone settings so they are similar - boy Charlene has a LOT more gain, to the point of that Jimi Hendrix feedback thing with my Grosh Bent Top Custom on the humbucker. I guess I have never let Charlene open her vocal chords before... I could see using these two amps in a dual amp setup in a heartbeat. With the Z-Lux and Therapy wide open, switching between them (Z-Lux to Therapy) gives a very satisfying volume boost as well as the upped gain provided by the Therapy. This is with the Z-Lux on 20 watts. I didn't try the Z-Lux on 40 watts - getting a bit loud down there. Both very satisfying sounds for sure. Makes a guy want to get out there and gig again...

At a girl Char Char...don't let that Lux steal your man. The Therapy has been a great partner in stereo mixes with my Monza and with my Victoria Victoriette...I love having the tremolo and reverb on the one amp and the other dry...Glad you are tonally fulfilled. Living the Z life.

Sounds amazing! I do resist to the Z-Lux call for a while, but that's not easy! Funny, I used to have a Brakelite for my Therapy (was so pleased by the one I have in my Maz 8), but I finally find that the master works better then the attenuator with this amp, even at low volume.

Daauymmm, this post warms my heart and makes me think, Martin's are nice but electricity and Dr Z make the world a better place. Go Steve Go. There's no such thing as roller hockey and ice hockey-hockey is played on ice.Period.The guitar is one half of a whole completed by the amplifier. They work together, there is no other way.Period.What are these Martin's you speak of?
BTW-Charlene puts her foot down is a great song title-maybe an instrumental with the rhythm on the lux,and the Therapy for the lead?
