The only drawback is that I don't have a backup gigging amp. Maybe a Maz 38? Maz 38 NR is my main amp. I love it! It is a lot amp to handle volume wise though, but if you're comfortable with the Remedy, then it probably won't be a problem. I always say that attenuators are your friend! Specifically the Doc's attenuators. The 38 is loud, proud, chimey, and super versatile! I use it for all sorts of styles of music, but mainly chimey indie tones, think death cab for cutie, and then chunky hard rock rhythm tones a la Malcolm Young! Great amp! but aren't they all?!!

The only drawback is that I don't have a backup gigging amp. Maybe a Maz 38? Maz 38 NR is my main amp. I love it! It is a lot amp to handle volume wise though, but if you're comfortable with the Remedy, then it probably won't be a problem. I run the Remedy on 40 watts all the time, with the master dimed or pretty much dimed, and V1, V2 around 11. I play in a loud band, in fact a recent fill in drummer said, and I quote, "You guys are the loudest band I have ever played in!" So, the Maz jr, probably won't have enough clean room for me. That's why I lean towards the 38. I am thinking, perhaps incorrectly, that the clean volume might be equivalent to the Remedy. I wish their was a local shop that carried Dr. Z so I could go and try them out! Then again, that might cause another problem!
