I came back from sound check a little while ago. Nice tone going today. Even made the sound man smile.
Therapy thru a 2x12 loaded with English Greenbacks.
Grosh Electra Jet with P90's
Maxxx XP cables
Soul food OD for my lead line and some echo and delay for a really nice song titled "All because of the Cross"
Love my rig!

Really enjoying my Therapy. Previously I was playing a Remedy and loved that as well, but the Therapy is gonna be 'it' for awhile. One of the things that's different that I am enjoying is the rectifier - solid state with the Remedy versus tube with the Therapy. I'm hearing the spongy-ness and note bloom with the tube rec. Setting up the Therapy to be somewhat clean and using clean boost pedals along and guitar volume and tone control for different flavors.

Yes, I agree; a clean boost and judicious use of the guitar's controls may be all anyone needs with this amp.

This amp is really versatile .. Lots of fun twisting knobs....guitar knobs too. I love the drive sound this amp makes but the big bold clean tones really make for some Theraputic playing.

Therapy owners! What "CLEAN BOOST" pedals have any of you used that helped push your Therapy right over into that nice early breakup that the Therapy does so well on its own but with that extra goose without changing or altering the sweet natural tone of the Therapy! Has anyone tried the XOTIC EP BOOST with the 18 volt Xotic voltage doubler! The Xotic EP boost to my ears has the most pleasing and musical clean boost of any of the many boost pedals that I've tried down through the years!

I have been using a KTR lately but have used flying dragons prior to that with great results.

Mac Only sometimes using a clean boost for solos, but on some solos not using any pedal. Jauernig Luxury Drive > set at about 10 o'clock, just a bit of boost Banzai Cold Fusion > set at about 8 o'clock > big, fat clean lead sound kc

Mac `The EP is superb, but adds its own mojo to the tone, meaning it's not truly transparent. This is not a bad thing, and my EP has never left my board in all the years I have owned it. Having said that, I recently bought an EHX Soul Food and set with the Gain OFF, is the most incredible clean boost I have ever used. TOTALY transparent to my ears, and MASSIVELY powerful - it really packs a punch! It really hits the front end of the Therapy hard and gives me tons of harmonically rich gain with very little distortion, and as you work the Guitar Volume you go from clean to mean really easily. I still have my EP on there as a solo boost, because as my Therapy Volume is set just below noon now, there's plenty of room left to boost the volume for solos

I use either a Catalibread SCP, Keeley Katana, or Creation Audio Labs boost, depending upon which board I'm using.

Yes, just a cable and nothing else works pretty well.

Yes, just a cable and nothing else works pretty well. For sure. I find it hard to use as a pedal platform because I keep thinking about how much the amp can do. But pairing it with the Monza and a delay on the Therapy....forget about it. Good Tones will be had, neighbors will know and agree.
