It's cool to see lots of variety here! I thought I'd see a ton of repeats, but we all kind of seem to have our own variation on things.

Don't know if I'd call it a secret weapon, but I seem to always play with a bit of delay for ambience.

and I just changed my mind too! I was finding the BB a bit too mid heavy when I max the Mid on the Therapy, so I swapped it for the AC, and bingo! Again, I have the V maxed and the Gain off, B at noon, T rolled back a notch from noon, and it just sends the Therapy into sustain heaven........ It makes the GV infinitely useable right down to 2 (I almost never max the GV these days.......) and works well using the EP as a solo boost. So, now I seem to have 3 Xotic pedals in my "can't do without" arsenal in some sort of 2/3 configuration...... EP, AC, BB

My Fulltone Plimsoul - have it on all the time. Just dial it back when I want clean-ish tones

Way Huge Supa Puss & Z Vex Double Rock or EP Booster. Those's two cover a lot of ground.

Don't know if I'd call it a secret weapon, but I seem to always play with a bit of delay for ambience. Any specific delay you lean towards? I have three I'm using on two different boards. Boss DD-5 is out of the rotation at the moment, TC Flashback is on one board and I've just started playing with the Catalinbread Belle Epoch. Can't say I have a real preference at this point. I like the Belle Epoch so far but it's new and I notice when the unit is on just a slight noise. Not sure if it's normal, but because I'm at church in that quiet environment I notice just ever so slight. At a bar gig it would probably never be heard. I like the ability to create an almost chorus effect with it. Long winded answer only to say I have no set preference yet.

I have a Belle Epoch too-love it,but it is a noisy pedal, which I think they were going for, tape hiss being part of the effect

zendrive + bearfoot honeybeest. This is a tandem that just works for me and is integrated into my sound. Next secret weapon would be the ML2 with expression pedal.

Yes, that's what I had noticed and guessed too. I use just a touch of delay, and finally preferred the TC Alter Ego (Flashback with a few twists), hard to beat.

Puts my mind at ease. It's not super noisy, but in the quiet church environment as soon as we stop I hear a little noise. We don't mic anything so it wouldn't be picked up, and I don't think the bass player who sits next to me even notices, but I do. I too am pleased with the TC product; I'm almost considering trying their Hall of Fame reverb just for kicks.

Nobels odr-1 for tele bridge pickup--amazing. Creation Audio Labs MK.4.23 pure transparent boost for fills/solos.

Bravo!

My Love Pedal Echo Baby (1/2 size pedal) on a tad' most of the night. This pedal has that EP boost thing going on too ! When you turn it on a little more volume, sparkle & gain...great for a lead boost.

One side of my Draconis clean boost is ALWAYS on. Just seems to push the preamp section of any amp ive used it with in just the right way. My Rockett Blue Note is on about 80% of the time too. Most organic mild to mid OD ive ever used.

I'm late to this game, but if I had to say 'secret weapon'...
Quality dynamic tube amp set at a crunch level that provides dynamics/overdrive changes with the guitar volume. (this is crucial)
You may not get Stangray cleans or Dual Rectifier burn....but you'll cover almost everything in between. With just changes in your playing and guitar volume knob. And you can do it on the fly. Intro, outro, chorus, verse, bridge, solo....it doesn't matter...it's all right there with your hands. And you're not stepping on things all night.

The tap dance is a drag when you barley can (bad back) stand. I can roll up the guitars volume OK.

Don't know if I'd call it a secret weapon, but I seem to always play with a bit of delay for ambience. Delay has been the only constant effect in my rig for years, using a Chandler stereo digital echo set barely there. But lately it is being used as a more obvious delay or slight chorus switched on occasionally, and the secret tone sauce is now provided by the Z-Verb set for no surf. Trust me there is more than just reverb in that little cabinet.

Death by audio echo dream 2. Beautiful analog delay with an amazing modulation section as well as a "fuzz" knob which goes from a slight volume boost to a thick wall of fuzz.
