With a Blonde KT-45 in tow. Wouldn't you know it, the band wants to have dinner so I'm headed out, but, guess what I'll be doing tonight?? More to follow.

You ought to be satisfied now! Looks like you and I are having similar experiences with new gear and slight hickups. I'm getting some crackle when I play anything on the sixth string. I'm going pull the back off and make sure everything is as it should be, but I can already tell this is just what I wanted. I was getting stomps on the ceiling from my upstairs neighbors earlier, so that's got to be a good sign. I turned it up a much as I thought the rest of the house could take (which wasn't even to 9 o'clock on the volume knob) Nice, thick cleans. I can't wait to get to the studio and open her up. Cheers to a week of new gear.

+1 for gettin a KT. I'm still KT-less, unfortunately. Happy playing!

+1 for the KT! I second the tubes issue, I had a bit of crackle/rattle trouble myself.

I am glad you are digging it. I am kicking myself for not grabbing the one on the bay the other day. I had a deal going on another one, but have not heard from the guy in a week. So I guess my quest continues...

This thing is unreal. I bought it to use alongside my Ghia as my "clean" amp, which it has in spades, but after practice a few nights ago (the first time I really got to open her up) I don't think the two amp rig is even necessary. By no means am I saying ANYTHING bad about the Ghia. If I had a road crew, it would be right there next to the 45, but since I'm lugging all of my stuff, I think the Ghia is going to be my home/backup/don't wake the neighbors amp for a while.
