Just thought to share this shot of the Z-LUX Joe Walsh will be playing at the 2015 Rock Hall Induction Ceremony. This thing sounds amazing! Can't wait until we release it in a couple of weeks!

Way cool. D'ya think Paul and Ringo will like it? Geez, I guess that means FastEddie will have to settle for ser no 2? It would be nice to see Z's for the entire backline at the induction ceremony - there's no reason that the brain trust at the rock hall wouldn't/shouldn't do this, imo.

All dressed up in a tuxedo for the special event, too! Funny, with a name like Z-Lux... I've envisioned that it needs to be "blacked out" (to use Humbucker's term for it) with the snazzy Z-Wreck grillcloth. Home run, Doc!

Very slick.
Would appreciate a shot of the back panel as well.
It appears that this is the "new" cab: the sides/top/bottom appear slightly thinner than on the extension cab stacked below. Or do my eyes deceive?
I like that the top of the cab has the same style as the original JAZ. The control knobs are a little easier to see and reach than on, say, a MAZ combo.

What's a Z Lux exactly?

So, I've missed something pretty big around here...... What's a Z Lux exactly? It's a revised JAZ 20/40 - new 42 pound lightweight amp with an American voiced Doc-designed Eminence made 1x12 combo. Still has 20/40 power, trem, reverb, EQ (almost) bypass, Deluxe Reverb "inspired" voicing. Does that do it for ya??

I always love to hear about the new stuff I'm not sure how much I'd use it around the house, but I'm a sucker for tremolo so a nice red Z-Lux head to compliment my EZG-50 might be in order. That's the beauty of these type of amps....they don't need to be cranked to sound divine.

It is a very nice amp to pic up. Ask Doc, I picked it up several times because I could not believe it. After I played thru it I picked it up again because I could not believe how HUGE it sounded for being so light. Todd

Hey Doc, did Joe have any input in the making of this amp? Just wondering since he has - to the best of my knowledge - had input on the Super Z, Mazerati and Galaxy, not to mention the custom-built EZG you made for him.
