I did the usual licks I always play..... I had to attenuate it pretty hard too becasue the family was in the house watching a movie. I plan on putting more up later without attenuation... Maybe this weekend? Here's the link: www.guitartest.moonfruit.com/ On the Mazerati page. Volume about 11:30 and Tone about 2:00-2:30 Red Fang speaker Weber Mass Lite attenuator

It is amazing how the amp makes those notes so well defined. Good job!
But tell the truth - isn't the "secret" of tone in the paisley Tele? ;D
...or is it paisley? It looks like one...

Yep, it's paisley , But I don't think it's the secret behind the tone........ but it is a great sounding guitar. I like the Mazerati more and more every time I play it, it's a great amp and very uder-rated on what it can do IMO.

Very nice tone there.............how do you compare it to your Stangray/ Compared to the Ray, the Mazerati is tighter feeling and has a stronger mid-range focus to it. The Ray has more lows and highs (on tap) than the Mazerati though, but the Mazerati is VERY well balanced with the lows and highs.... I know I say this alot, but it's hard to believe that you can get that GREAT of tone from an amp with only one tone knob. The cleans on the Mazerati are almost as nice as the Ray's, but the Ray is more open sounding and bigger..... But when pushed with a pedal in front for rock tones, the Mazerati is the winner in my book. The Mazerati also seems to have more headroom than the ray.. My Ray starts breaking up just before 4 on the volume konb.. the Mazerati stays clean up until just under half way up on the volume knob.... and at half way up, it's about like the Ray on 4.. But from there, the Mazerati gets grittier faster than the ray and has more natural overdrive on tap if you dime the volume. The Ray is still my favorite amp, but I've left it at home the last 3 or 4 shows and used the Mazerati only and have been completely happy... I'll have to get the Ray out this weekend so it doesn't feel left out.

Really nice sounding clips. The Red Fang does such a nice job in that amp. Nice stuff. It's an oddly familiar sounding amp. Heck, even that picture of it looks familiar. Even that deck looks familiar....hey...wait a minute! I did the usual licks I always play..... I had to attenuate it pretty hard too becasue the family was in the house watching a movie.
