I bought a Maz 8 Studio cab from markT and turned my Galaxie into a Grab & Go. Played a gig with it sounded great. This is an under rated amp. Lots of tones in it. Cheers

No simpleton I like the Galaxie as it is. It's 30th one made. I mainly use channel one. I like the present knob. When I heard about the studio cab for the Maz 8 I knew I wanted the smaller cab. I like the normal size Z combos but I've had it a few years so some change was due.

I have a Joe Walsh Prototype Galaxie combo that has a G12 65 in it - great sounding amp!

I had a Divided by 13 SJT 10/20 that I was selling a few years back and somebody offered me a trade for a Galaxie.....I hadn't really known much about the Z's and said no thanks.
I've been kicking myself for that one ever since my first Z and I still think about the Galaxie as one of the amps I'd like to have one day.
