Back in the day, there was a youtube video of a guy playing a Ghia in his studio with a strat and he really showed how the tone knob works better than any other video. I'm trying to find it to show to a friend who is considering a ghia.
I can't find it for the life of me....

Do a google search for Dean Parks Ghia amp. It was part of the xotic effects video series. Might be what you are looking for.

Dean gets some of them most wicked strat tones--perhaps THE most wicked--that I've ever heard in that video. Always a favorite of mine. (And to think.. I actually prefer my Tele with my Ghia?)
And Buddy Whittington? Well, he ain't to shabby, either...
