I've been using my Maz 8 as my practice amp since thr last gig I did with it. It's great for low volume grind and natural OD. I am not using the EQ bypass either or triode mode. I prefer it w my teles and rosewood strat. The maple neck strat is too bright IMO. I do like the blue in this setting as well. That's a lot pf coin tied up in a practice amp but I know w a ceramic this amp would rock a jazz trio group w cocktail kit and upright to fill it out. The best part is killer tone at a level you can eat dinner at without being annoyed.

Here's a recipe for something different:
Triode mode EQ bypass on Turn Master up to 2 or 3 o'clock Turn Volume all the way down
Plug in a guitar, then use Volume and Cut to adjust the amp
Nice "old school" vibe
