Today was the first gig date w my JAZ. She performed flawlessly. I yook the 290 & my LP. Both sounded fine w her. Having the reverb and tremolo was great for the handful of tunes we use them on and I never felt like I was lacking volume. Ran the master at noon and the volume at 9. I left the eq w Everything close to 10 oclock. I was amazed at the clean w hair I had most of the day. It was a pleasant surprise. I will say this was a fun gig -Oktoberfest for a local bar. Playng outdoors made it the amp of choice. Glad I used it. http://instagram.com/p/uEEGIbI--E

DoctorIce- she was at 40W. I prefer the bold sound there to the browner 20W sound for this gig (a lot of top 40 dance/rock stuff from the past 30 years). Glad I had my dolly to load her on for the walk back to the van.

Lee- it's always fun when the whole family makes it out to a show. Yesterday was the first time in probably a year or so that all our kids and my wife were able to come out to a show. Most of our gigs are private events or bar dates so they can't make it. I did smile a lot. The 290 got the first set and the LP the second set. I should've stuck w the 290 b/c I missed that midrange snarl and articulation from when the LP was used. Fun stuff indeed.
