Just released today. I placed my order through PGS. I like what I've heard so far and I'm anxious to hear Brian's take on the venerable TS. www.wamplerpedals.com/#clarksdaleSent from my Galaxy S4 using Proboards

I want to hear it with a tele...perhaps Mike Hermans has a demo in the works.

The gentleman from PGS said that Andy was working on a demo. He tends to use teles quite often. I was going to order direct through Wampler but PGS is the only place where it's available. It appears they have made it exclusive to them for some reason.
A Hermans demo would be nice though.

Nice...The new and better OCD, like the OCD was to the Tube Screamer. Way more and great control. Tweed Syrup.

I haven't tested it out with the band yet, but it sounds pretty awesome through my Wreck combo at home. We have practice tomorrow so I will try it out then, but so far I'm really liking it! An 808 with the 3 band eq makes it really versatile and each control had a good range. The lift switch is slightly less compressed but both positions are good and usable. Great OD pedal! No fizz in this pedal!
I just happened to be in the market for an 808 when this was released so the timing was perfect. This may knock my Paisley Drive off my board, which has been my main OD for 4 years now.

Another winner from Wampler:
Yes, well, this really does sound good - and with the Tele, I suspect even better than the Strat. Good to see Wampler putting out something that captures every nuance of the playing, rather than going for the jackhammer stun approach. And for my tastes at least, this sounds a lot better than the Paisley Drive, which sat on my board for a very short time before receiving its eviction notice...

This pedal keeps catching my eye. Wampler builds great stuff. I have a Mad Professor Little Green wonder that I absolutely love, so I'm not really sure that I need this pedal. It is very intriguing though. I'll just have to wait until more people get it, so I can get a good comparison between this and my LGW.

Here's a good description of the pedal and what it can do. That's a great, i.e., informative, demo. Thanks.

^^^^^ I've not had much time with it yet but EARLY initial impression is that it's not quite as full as my Xotic A/C (killer pedal), but really feeds-back easily and very control-ably (word?) at lower volumes which I love. I'll chime in more when I have a better grip and more hours on the Clarksdale....

I'm liking it. It doesn't have as much gain as I thought it would but it's nice. I like having the TMB controls. What I've been doing with the Clarksdale here lately is stacking it with other pedals. It works great doing that IMO. Like others here I'm still getting to know it but overall it's a keeper for me.

I have been into the stacking thing ever since I got a Beano Boost. Now w/o beano I still love stacking. Great harmonic OD.

I thought the Paisley was his take on the Zen Drive.
