I wanted to post this last night after my long ride home from the Columbus Steely Dan show , but I thought twice because it sure was a long day. I delivered the Therapy to Walter Becker, and right away he was taken back by it's tone and he used the amp for the show. Knowing how demanding Walter is about his sound and it being a new amp, I was really taken back by his decision to use it last night. I must say his tone was buttery smooth, and that band had a great show, that was excitingly received by the Columbus audience. The multiple standing ovations seemed to drive the band to higher levels, I must say it was a great show, the best I've seen and heard from Steely Dan.
Well, the Therapy has now preformed a trifecta of "A "list guitarists. Mark Lee enjoyed playing the proto type at my shop this summer, and took it home to his Atlanta studio to use on Third Days new project. I hope you all have seem the video Mark recorded and sent to us to post, "Short , Sweet, and Complete" , a wise man said of the video.....
Steve Miller on receiving his Therapy put up on his back line and used for the remaining dates of his currant tour. Steve loved the thick articulate tones coming from the Therapy, and instantly bonded with it.
It sure makes a builder proud. But I didn't post this to pat myself on the back, I did this to show the guys that raved about the Therapy, they were right. The members with the early serial numbers that were blown away by the Therapy were defiantly on to something ,and all there rants on this forum defiantly have some sustenance.
I have some limited shots of the show that Juan will post later. Now on to proof reading the EXCELLENT review of the Therapy that will be printed in the November Guitar Player magazines boutique amp round up.
Humbly Yours, DR.Z

Congratulations Doc. Sometimes the glow of the honeymoon early reviews can be misleading but this one sounds like it's walking the walk.

Congrats Doc, really amazed at Walter using the Therapy right away. That really speaks volumes about it being easy to dial in great tones and what a great sounding amp you've designed and built. I want one. Must continue to save $.

Z and Walter Becker Doc, You and Walter are standing on his cable. Good thing I'm not standing on it, no signal would get through.

Your the Boss boss !! That's amazing, honestly I don't think a lot of people could just switch an amp into a setup like that for a big show. Obviously they've had big shows for ever so it might feel different for them, but you know how were are when we expect to hear a certain sound come out and if it's not there our minds can tense up searching for what's off. Anyhow, just shows how well the amps must have fit the sound in his head.
Someone here might actually be right when they said, " Resistance is futile "

I can't say I'm a Steely Dan/Walter Becker fan, but that's some pretty serious "Street Cred" for the Therapy right there. Congrats !
Im looking forward to trying it out when my order arrives but I'm also looking forward to the Guitar Player Mag review too.
Kudos Doc.
