"I out"
Held out as long as I could which was not very long. Just ordered a Black Therapy from Humbucker that matches my Remedy.

Haha. I don't know how much longer I can hold out. We're all dropping like flies!

I hate to throw fuel on the fire but here goes If you read Ken Rockwell's stuff he says over and over to "just go buy (the item of superior quality) if you want it". He's talking about how great headphones, amps, cameras, etc. will give you a lifetime of superior performance and "pay for themselves" over time even though the initial outlay of money may be painful. This definitely applies to amps like the Therapy. Nowhere else can you buy this much fun and tone for under $2000. It's a bargain in the grand scheme of life. It will last a lifetime with very little (and easy to perform) maintenance.

This really is a world class amp at a fair price. After a long 2 day wait my Therapy arrived from Humbucker Music yesterday. Great looking and solid as a rock. Got to fire it up a little while this morning while my teenage daughter slept in. Master works great. Really like it about noon. Beautiful cleans. I did not get to crank it up much but did lower the master to 10 o'clock and volume to 2 and started getting some nice breakup. I was running it with a Z112 and a Creamback. Ran a few overdrive pedals like a Timmy, AC Booster Comp, and Zendrive. All sounded excellent. I took the Dr's advice and swapped in a V30. I have not been a fan of the V30 in many amps but this thing sounds great in the Therapy. The top end was smoother than the Creamback in my opinion.

When you get the master volume up to full it's an entirely different amp. It's loud but there's nothing like an amp like this opened up. Try the master on full, volume at 1/2, treble and mid near 1/2 and turn the bass up until it just starts filling out the low end.
