I've got my antidote and I love it. I am currently on a clean tone/ reverb/ strat kick. Actually I've always been on that kick. It's been a long time since I've played an ezg, but I remembered loving it, and I was wondering what you guys have to say about the ezg vs the antidote (vintage setting.) I've got an outboard spring reverb unit that sounds great. So would buying an ezg be worth the purchace? Or would it be very similar to what I've got? Thanks ahead of time for any input.

Well, look at my new avatar The question is.....how long will it be before I take it home I always try to leave the Z's there for a while on layaway (I seem to keep ordering before I'm ready to order them)...I usually take them home quickly. We gave it a whirl yesterday. It is glorious. Keith

You know you want to be able to easily get those Fender sounds, don't you?

I have no idea what tha Anti Dote sounds like.
I play mostly jazz and the EZG, gives the beautiful (twin reverb) sound with a little more shaping (reverb) and full fat tones at lower volumes with the PRE and POST control.
Lush tones.

I have both because they are different, the Dote can really Rock and gives nice clean tones but the EZG gives Glorious Clean Tones and can rock. EZG for the cleans as they are better than the Dotes and visa versa...
