Wow, you're getting some very cool sounds from that amp! I've never actually listened to a Delta 88 before this - very cool!

You better believe it, these clips were done with the volume at 9:00. I'm going to do a comparison with the volume just past noon and listen to it sizzle!
I'm also still waiting for my Klon to come in.. The klon is absolutely phenomenol with the delta, when used in clean boost with my rc boost, the 2 boosts make the amp sound like it's really grinding/squeezing beyond it's limits.. best overdrive combo i've used so far..

I just realized that I recorded those clips with worn-out strings I just replaced them and will do another demo this week, it'll be a lot better! I'm sure a lot of people write this amp off because of its volume, which is very understandable. But if you can get over it, this amp is capable of such an in your face, raw edge when pushed with the right pedals. I find that if you put a gain/distortion pedal to it, it takes away the natural grit. I'm still waiting for my klon to come in, but tried it with my friend's klon last week. No attenuator, rc boost on clean boost with just a hair of gain (9:00), klon was on full clean boost mode with no drive... with these 2 together, it produces so much more harmonic complexity/layers than you'd get running this amp with a distortion.....
