Does anyone know if the Good Doctor has any plans to issue a Remedy footswitch which as a LED ON/OFF indicator to it? It's driving me mad not knowing when it's on or it's off after about 6 presses during a gig.

I asked a somewhat similar question. I was looking to use my own (smaller) switch. Below is the answer...but it looks like you could use any FS with a shielded cable.
Honestly I haven't tried another switch so I don't know either way.

I'm just thinking about pedalboard space.

I've been using a Boss FS-L with a guitar cable for my Remedy. Works well, and I like having the LED for on/off. Remember, it has to be a latching switch. Momentary switches won't work.

Me too - works like a dream! The On/Off volume / tone change is often too subtle for me to know for sure during a gig, so I find the LED invaluable!

I ordered this one and the light doesn't work with the Remedy. It appears that Marshall must have an internal circuit that lights it. There is no battery in the switch.

Again, get the BOSS FS-L - works like a dream, and as you provide the (standard guitar) cable, you can decide the length of cable you want for each venue.

I have the Boss that I have been using for the last few months but mine has developed a switching problem. I may have to get a new one. The Boss has a solid state switch and it has been cutting out lately.

FWIW, I recently had the Remedy upgrades done and was switching back and forth ... but lately I've been leaving the bypass always on and slightly back off my guitar volume to get a (relative) clean. I use the switch before the gig only to check and make sure the bypass is happening. YMMV
I should add - I started playing my p90 Les Paul thru the Remedy and that may explain my happiness with the bypass - it has a nice bit of breakup - but not too much - it sounds terrific, imo.

The Boss FS-L requires batteries. Do you know of a footswitch that does not require batteries for the eq bypass? i intend to leave it on all the time. Thanks -

The Boss FS-L requires batteries. Do you know of a footswitch that does not require batteries for the eq bypass? i intend to leave it on all the time. Thanks - The LED has to get power from somewhere. Since there is no power coming from the jack on the amp, you have to supply your own via battery. No battery, no LED - simple as that. However, with the Boss FS-L the battery is not required for the footswitch to actually function - only to illuminate the LED. So if it goes dead it doesn't actually disable anything except the LED.
