Hi guys,
I am thinking about selling my 6545 and I'd like to find out which one I have. Engraving on the back says M-17010. Does anyone know how to decode that?
Thanks!

You have the 10th - 6545 made. It was made in 2002. The M denotes 2002 the 17 means it is a 6545.

Thanks, Jaguarguy. What is everyone's opinion on these amps appreciating over time since there are so few?

It isn't the lowest production amp in the Dr. Z world - I think that belongs to the Delta 88 (34 made), The LE SRZ 65 (35 made) then followed by the Anni Ghia (50 made). Appreciate? - I wouldn't be holding my breath for appreciation anytime soon. The market still has not recovered for things like amps. Right now, I'm guessing you could get $1,200 or so for the amp. Best way for you to "appreciate it" is to play it.

BTW - best place to sell the amp is probably on this forum - people know what they are here and appreciate them for what they can do.
