Anyone have a chance to compare the M12 to the Barcelona? (Gibson special with P90s is very nice with the Barcelona, great clean tone)
Thanks, Jc.

I bought the Z M12. Nice Amp!
Play with Gibson Les Paul Special Single Cut 1960 reissue and it's great!
I use these pedals: Wampler Plexi-Drive British overdrive Wampler Paisley Drive signature Wampler Sovereign distortion Wampler Black '65 vintage overdrive Strymon Flint tremolo & reverb

Congrats on the M12. Did you get a combo or head?

Thanks Doctorice! - Head with black tolex and tan grillcloth - It's the standard in france (with blonde or red). I can't chose a custom total blackout for example

Nothing wrong with standard. It's what's inside that matters most What speaker(s) are you pairing it with?

No cab... But monitoring speakers! Pairing with a Two Notes Torpedo Live in studio.

Hi, News from France...!
My M12 is now married with a Mesa Boogie cab Lonestar 1X12-19". I upgrade this cab with a Celestion G12-35XC and now it's brighter and even more versatile that's what I wanted.
All works now with:
LP special 1960 reissue (P90)
Strymon OB1 (compressor and boost treble/mid/flat) Strymon Flint (tremolo & reverb) Wampler Clarksdale (Tube Screamer style) Wampler Paisley Drive (Trainwreck style) Wampler Ace Thirty (Vox AC30 style) Okko Diablo+ (Marshall style) Okko Twin Sonic (Fender style) Voodoo Lab Power 2+
Cheers, Bry.

I just got an m12 also...very pleased. And I dig wampler stuff, too, like the euphoria. Cheers

That's an interesting comparison between the Barcelona and M12...Now that you own the M12 and have played the Barcelona ( at least it sounded like it ) .... What do you think about the comparison?
M12 is a really desirable amp design to me and I just missed a great deal on one a week or two ago. I like heads better than combo's.
Have Fun

In fact, I didn't get the chance to try the Barcelona with my guitar... It was a LP with P90 but not a Special one. Mine is a Custom Shop 1960 reissue with wraparound and solid one mahogany piece (like the TV Yellow). I played just few minutes but not long enough to appreciate this amp specially without my pedals. I just can say that the clean was great on the Barcelona with the P90. It's still very difficult to find this brand product range in Europe . So... I bought the M12 based on the recommendations of my reseller/importer and because I tried it at least for one hour with my guitar and my pedals. The Z French importer is really a great guy . I'm very happy with this Z ! Great with my Wampler and Catalinbread pedals Please forgive me again for my poor English, it's very difficult to explain what I want to say in English... but I would like to share my humble experience with my American Friends! Thank you!
