No sir, But for what I do I think that'd be a great rig. I always played my Ghia through a single V30. Hangin' for a new Ghia now and have a bunch of speakers laying around including the two Greenies out of my old Z 2x12 so........

Depends on what you want.
Greenbacks sound quite good tone-wise (i've only tried a single heritage in a 1X12), but the volume and punch is significantly less than some of the other celestion options, and they lack bottom. G12H and vin 30 sound great together with the ghia, with more volume and headroom. Ghias have a very big bottom end for an 18 watter. And we all like big bottoms, right? ;D

Anyone have a Ghia head with Greenbacks in the cab? Thanks Richie Well, I do. They're actually Blackbacks ('cause Celestion ran out of the green dust covers back in the '70s when I bought them). They sound great with the Ghia, but they're mounted in a closed-back cab, and I'd probably get a bit more highs and presence if I took the back off. Nothing that I've heard so far though, beats the sound of my Ghia with a Celestion Blue in it.

I've got a Ghia and a 1xGreenback cab (open back). It's a bit of a mixed bag. There are times with my Tele when it sounds a bit nasal, too mid-heavy, maybe, but that's always at lower volumes. Get it up in a more comfortable range and I like it. It's dark, but nice.
