Here's a sample of an indie/alternative band of mine that just recently disbanded (singer decided to move back to Seattle.) But we went into the studio and (finally!) laid down some tracks. I used my Carmen Ghia with a Lovepedal Eternity Fuse and I think I was using the Jimi Hendrix Wah. Hope you like. I love the raunchy tone. Oh yeah, and I wrote the music on this one. And the title is actually "Seven Storeys To Go." Cheers --Uncle Eb/John

Thanks Mark. I was going for a bit of a Queens Of Stone Age kind of vibe.

Hope you don't mind, but I shared this on fb. Good song, fine playing, I REALLY like what was going on with the vocal sound... I'm a sucker for that telephony kind of vocal eqing...

Hey V2, of course not! Thanks so much. Yeah one really fun aspect about that band was that we put alot of effort into our vocal harmonies. That telephony effect was something the lead singer decided on in the mixing process. I had no idea, but when sent the file for us to listen I was like "Oh YEAH, that's perfect." I'll be posting more tunes as the mixes get completed.

Loved it ... So what's up with the band now that the singer is in the NW ?
Guitar sounded great and the solo was jammin' !

Thx Simpleton. Unfortunately the band is pretty much done, unless he decides to move back. We'll probably do reunion shows when he comes to visit, but that's it.
