I currently own a 6545 which I am running through a 1x12 Bogner cab loaded with a V30 speaker. I am interested in trying a Celestion Greenback in my cab but the power handling of the Greenback is too low to be used in a 1x12 configuration. That brings me to the G12T-75 speaker. The G12T-75 is billed as a "Greenback" on steroids. Does anyone have experience with the G12T-75 speaker?

I have a GT-1275 in a Randall modular amp. I think it sounds fine. I don't think it's very similar to a greenback. It just seems like a pretty neutral speaker.

Actually there is a thread under the SRZ-65 forum on speakers that could be of help to you. I have a 6545 running through a 2 - 12 loaded with G12M and a G12H. Seems to be kind of boomy so I am moving to Ted Weber Alnico Thames Speakers. (For that Hiwatt kind of sound.) I am getting them undoped and 8 ohms so I can wire them in series and run 16 ohms from the head.

Prowler,
I removed the G12T-75's from my 4x12 and sold them. I stuck in the GB's. I don't think you're going to have a power issue, moreover you'll probably get good breakup.
IMHO, I didn't like the G12T-75's. If I was a hair-heavy metal player, I would. IMO, they have no mids, sharp highs and thuddy/chuggy lows. I wanted more of an EJ tone out of my 4x12. The GB's rounded out nicely. The GB's are also great for recording.
I have a Z-Best which I keep stock with the G12H and Vin30. To me it sounds awesome. But my Sr also sounds very sweet going into the 4x12 with GB's. Whole different tone. Smooth and sweet.
I would look at the Webber's as Trane suggested or looke at the Emininece line as well as the standard offerings from Celestion (G12H).
The Swamp Thang, Tonker and Red Fangs seem to be getting some seriously good reviews. I tried a Ghia with a 1x12 cab with a CA Webber, and it was very very sweet. I almost bought it on the spot as an impusle purchase, but would have to pay the consiquences (wife) later so I didn't. But that's how good it sounded.
I don't know what style of music you play, but I know for me I didn't like the GT75, it sounds nothing like a GB.

Very good description and asessment Paul. I agree. I had them in a Rivera M100 combo. The Vintage 30's are simaller but with a lot more mids.
