In this day and age, where we can get individual songs for $.99-$1.29, what artists/albums are so good you have to download the whole album? For me, the first four Van Halen, Rhoads-era Ozzy, the first 5 Bruce Dickinson Iron Maiden, the first three ZZ Top, the first 4 Fabulous Thunderbirds, Appetite for Destruction, Born Under a Bad Sign, A arse Pocket O' Whisky. All essential, must have.

Maybe it's because I'm old enough to have bought albums, but I still buy the full CDs. I feel like I might miss a hidden nugget otherwise.

I always buy the whole album...no matter who it is. There is always a song or two that you didn't expect to be good on albums.

I buy whole albums, CDs, single songs, just whatever... I find I download singles in Christian and pop, mostly buy whole CDs otherwise. Just all over the place... I always get Brad Paisleys whole Cd. Anything Ricky Skaggs puts out.
