Nice demo - would've liked to hear more from the strat, but otherwise killer!

Where did it say no pedals? I know I heard a delay in there.

I like it! I enjoy hearing various players because it lets the listener hear different approaches with the pick.
Good job, Dave, Doc and crew!! Eddie

Where did it say no pedals? I know I heard a delay in there. There's loads of pedals in there -each of them stomped on at least one per demo. Ah, maybe the comments are more "what a great tone on the bits without pedals"? I agree it sounds incredible clean! Gotta say, Dave Baker is the most AWESOME demonstration player I've ever seen! I LOVE his demo videos - he just nails the sweet spot every time ;D

Where did it say no pedals? I know I heard a delay in there. Pretty sure he meant overdrive/distortion pedals, which is what the amp is being touted as a platform for. Keith

I said "who needs pedals with such a great tone"
I meant that the parts when there are no pedals on that the amp sounds like I would want it to sound without needing to add any pedals for flavour ie it is not just a clean platform it has drive and tone without the pedals. Just IMHO and what I want from an amp. (yes I do use drive pedals on my Maz 18 but generally only at lower volumes and with the drive at zero just as a volume lift/boost)

You know, when I first heard the description of the M12, I expected the amp to be very "HiFi" for lack of a better word. With the EF-86 in the front, the 5Y3, and the EL84's toned down, I expected this to be a sterile, almost audiophile amplifier to allow the pedals to do their thing totally uncolored. But wow, this little dude sounds awesome on its own, and I think it will be one of those amps that you bring just to the point of breaking up and let the pedals push it into Electric Lady Land.....Can't wait for Tuesday.....
