Interesting comment on the LP Pete. I have a Rt 66 and and a Ghia, and the Rt 66 doesn't seem to like the LP as much as some other amps. It likes single coils better. The Ghia seems to like the LP more, but I am still looking for the right amp for the LP. It sounds like the M12 may be worth a look. Would the M12 be better with a LP than a Z28?

Jefferson - WITH PLEASURE!! We have WAY too much rain and floods and winter weather for July!! Crazy! jb - I really want to try a Maz8 with an LP. I think that could be the ideal low wattage Z amp for an LP. Whereas I feel a Remedy would be the perfect higher wattage Z amp for an LP ;D

same settings for me in a small gig, hard to beat with the z-281 Enquiring minds want to know.......... (Mike, are you listening buddy?? ) ;D M12 expected today. Extending listening plan includes: M12, MAZ 8, Ghia, Z-28 and 65 Amps Ventura. You're welcome here any time, Pete. I will say the Z-28 is a tough one to knock off the gig roster. I was running it with BL @ 3 and Volume around 10 (o'clock) Saturday in a small bar. It sounded glorious with the Les Paul.

Update: I have the M12 and Z-28 set up with the Headbone and anticipate that I will finally have time to make a short video comparing these two.
