Has a couple issues (tubes are weary, etc.) but it sounded really, really good running into a Z 4x10. I get why the KT-45 is regarded as a superb platform for pedals ;D The SRZ-65 side is brilliant as well. Oh, btw, it is LOUD I hope to get a few pics soon and will post them in this thread. DONE Many thanks to Jaguarguy and randalp3000 for their advice and encouragement in this pursuit. Don't worry, I won't tell my wife about your abetting the acquisition

^^^
Thanks, Joel. Didn't realize how much I would dig an EL34-based Z. I bonded with it almost instantly. I could see this one becoming a favorite.

My play-time with the '65 and the '45 has primarily been courtesy of Z-fest ..... both remain on my lust-list (as does the Z-Wreck) Definitely looking forward to your future updates - curious to see how you find them EL-34s in contrast to the rest of your collection Cheers always, eh Joel

When people ask the layout and you say 60 wattish EL-34 THEY GO MARSHALL??? its hard to give an honeat straight forward description . Its marshally but so much more. The MV is amazing did I mention that it was LOUD!!!!!! ?? DID YOU HEAR ME...... LOL . Keep us posted. Im sure you will find out almost any speaker config is tonal blisss
