This is my go to axe it never lets me down. It has that vintage tone from the 60's and 70's It the best guitar I ever owned or played. I built it from parts. The neck came off of the New Rising Sun Strat. The pickups are Fender custom shop 69's and they sound fat. I also did the headstock with the Hendrix reverse logo for authenticity of that era and how his guitars looked when he played them. Anyway this is my main axe to this day. My favorite.

Thanks! / Seb Thanks, Seb The on on the right is a '65 Fender Strat in Lake Placid Blue. It's one of the first ever made with the large headstock. The one on the left is a '64 in Candy Apple Red. Second from left is a '63, and the third one in is a '56 hardtail to die for!! All are totally original.

Lentz!! Haven't found a fender to match it that I can afford. I know where there is a '60 for sale but way too expensive.

Not a soilder joint that's not factory. So, yea, knobs and pu covers are original. This guitar dated to June of '56, which is the same month that Clapton's "Brownie" was made............ The neck on my '56 is nothing short of AMAZING............so is the tone of the pu's. It's one guitar I'd never part with.
