sounds like it's time to run through the options:
new/different rehearsal space? different outlet? was there a fan on? different hallogen lights on? something else plugged into the same outlet? or adjacently wired outlet? anything else that was out of the ordinary?
after a year i'd suspect tubes but if you say you've changed them...
guess i'm not much help. sorry...

I'm having the same problem. I thought it might be a bad ground in my guitar b/c every time i touched something metal on my guitar (tone/volume knowb, string, bridge etc.) the majority of the buzz/hum went way. BUT just in case, i tried a new cable, (in turn canceling out the possibililty of it being one of my pedals.) a shorter cable, well I still got the hum. So then I tried a new guitar. Still got it. even did a strat after that in hum canceling position. You know... just in case, i randomly had 2 guitars with a ground short anyways... still got the hum. so i cut the amp off and made sure my tubes hadn't rattled loose. causing it to hum. nope... not that either. I have An RXJr 112 combo. and I've had it since june 19th of 2010. so I image I've put a hell of lot of hours on it by now. anyways... Do you guy's reckon I need to re-tube too?

For trouble shooting purposes I would re-tube. Of course you'll need to replace one tube at at time to find the problem. It's a pain to do, but it will probably help you find what's causing the buzz.
