Sorry to see you go old girl ! I'm hoping at least Doc will take your tremolo and make a stand alone unit with it, or how cool would it be to have the Zverb and Jaz tremolo in the same box !!! Anyway here are the vids I did to try to help generate interest. I did a couple myself, and brought in two other great players with different styles for an even more in depth listen...If someone would be so kind to embed these... Jaz pt 1 strat attack Tele picking with Paul Krocker Rocking SG with Greg Sarley

I've never lusted after an amp like I have the JAZ. I've been trying to save for one since I played one at Z Fest 09, but life keeps knocking the money out of my hands. I'll have one one day. But I was sure hoping to get a fresh one. And a 4x10 cab. Hope those aren't going anywhere.

Great sounding amp. Love the idea of a Z-trem/Z-verb in one box--especially if it was the same price as the Z-Verb (heh). I'd totally buy one. And doctorice--you're on track to acquire one of each, looks like. No Rt 66 yet, and dude, no Ghia? Got to work on that--loving my new Ghia!

Got a very nice price on a new one. One of each? Man, that would be nice but I am already stacked to the ceiling and squished into the center of my (small) music room. I bet a Ghia head could find a space though ;D

I would place an Order for TWO Units right now if Z would offer Reverb & Tremelo in the same Box!
I've found 2 other Builders that I "think" will make this, but would give almost anything if Z would.

If Z did a reverb/trem box, it still wouldn't sound the same as the JAZ's true power tube modulated trem. I've got such a box- a Victoria Reverberato- and while it is a cool box, and the trem does have that wobbly asymmetrical thing going for it, the JAZ still sounds much better.
That, and I'm sure if Z made such a box it would have to sell for almost the same as an amp- I'm guessing $999.
Ya never know though....

I'm not an engineer, but would guess he could add a tube or two, and make it just like the one in the JAZ circuit ? And the Zverb box is so big, I would guess there would be enough room too. Anyone who ever played the JAZ tremolo...knows it's the bomb-digity ! haha

Guess I haven't paid enough attention - didn't know the Jaz was discontinued. It was on my list - if fundage ever provided...

I think the trem works with the power tubes, so a stand alone unit would be like an in-line effect... I may be wrong but I think I remember hearing that.
