I got a chance to muck around with my new vidcam, and with the help of my younger brother did a quick Brake Lite Demo video. We use my 2001 PRS Singlecut (w/PRS7 pickups) into my Maz 18 Reverb.
Starts out w/no brake light, then we click 'er on up, dime 'er out, and click back down. Stock tubes from the Doc with the exception of a JJ Gold Pin in V1.
Enjoy!

..cool, thanks for posting this demo. From Bypass to "1", I can hardly hear a difference through my pc speakers. "1" to "2", maybe a tad more difference. The biggest difference I can hear is "2" to "3".. seems like I can actually hear some extra compression (perhaps?) on that setting. Nice. Karma for you!

Thanks! Youtube compresses the crap out of things, but yep, "in person" the biggest difference was 2 to 3.

Great demo! 3 sounds like the best setting to my ears. Seems like one of these would really come in handy for taming the volume for practice and recording sessions. If I end up getting a Z here soon, a Brake Lite will definitely be on my radar!
