Just replaced my Old JJ's which were very reliable (about a years worth of gigs and rehearsals) and took a chance on the Reissue Mullards and they sound really, really good! I don't know how long they'll last but so far so good. Anyone else replace their power tubes w/ reissue Mullards?

Good to hear. My next EL84s will be the TAD EL84-STR. Might buy some Mullards now too...8)

I ended up with a set of these in my Stang Ray recently when I had to do an emergency tube replacement. At first I wasn't sure I liked them because they sounded and felt different than the JJ's I had always used, but I got to liking them. They break up earlier and have a little less immediacy in their feel. Less headroom. I can't comment on how (or if) these were matched as a quartet, nor can I comment on their reliability but they've been fun to try. I probably have 40 or 50 hours on them with no issues.
Not sure I'll get another set or go back to the JJ's when the time comes. Jury's still out...
