Here's my version I have been using for a year or so now. Seems to work, and I don't find myself shopping for pedals. So for now I guess the gas has been reduced! I made the board myself (I am no Harvey or Brayks) for about 15 bucks. It works great and most of the wires are underneath. Cables are all PCNS. The chain runs: Tuner, OCD, Zen, Plexi, Rotary, Trem, Flying Dragon. This is the board I use through my effects loop. The little black box is a T1M buffer. Really works well.

Love it. Great boost. Does not change the tone one bit. One I will never sell. Steve is also a great guy to deal with.

Thanks. I started with one, split it to bass and guitar, then replaced everything on the guitar board one by one until I had enough leftovers (pedals I couldn't part with) to put together the second board.
The CE-2B+DS-1+DD-7 board was an accident. I bought the chorus, then got an offer on a second that needed repairs and ended up with two. I bought the DS-1 from a student to keep him from selling it to Sam Ash. The DD-7 came along in a multi-pedal deal with the EP-booster. I love the chorus and delay, the DS-1 only sounds good with one guitar and one amp. I'm keeping my eyes out for a dirt pedal to replace it. May try the Fulltone Plimsoul.
I'm putting together a front-end board to go with my dad's in the picture (top left). It will have an A/B instrument selector and two true bypass loops. The first loop will hold his EH BassBalls, DeArmond Volume Pedal, Weeper Wah, and Pedal Phaser (on the board with the looper). The second loop will hold the pedalboard as pictured. I'll be installing a buffer into his volume pedal. It will probably be another cutting board pedalboard.

Nicholas, very cool. So tidy. I will have to try that approach of throwing everything underneath. How did you drill the holes (regular old drill?)
PS looks like somebody else wants to stomp on those pedals too (kitty paw). Cute.

Nice catch on the cat's paw. His name is "Goose", cuz he's my wingman.

Thanks! The Empress is way more versatile--love the square wave option, and all the crazy rhythms it can do. Plus the gain control is awesome--allows you to dial it in to exact unity, so no volume drop when you kick it on. But the Swamp Thang is super easy to use, and has a nice range of usable settings.
The real sleepers in these shots are the Jetter Jet Drive--both overdrives are terrific--and the Kilpatrick Lush Puppy. The Lush Puppy's a 2-in-1 reverb w/ delay that is hands-down the best sounding room-style 'verb pedal I've ever heard--warm and natural with tons of headroom, no harsh decay even with a very overdriven signal. It's a reverb you can walk into, and the delay is a very usable slapback for even more space if you need it. Wacky layout--note the placement of the in/out jacks--but really great sounding.
