My man! EQD is easily my favorite pedal company. Just stellar stuff all around.

I’m a bit of fan of their effects. I would like a Westwood and be done.

I'm only running the Ghost Echo right now, but it's probably my favorite pedal from them after having owned like 10 of them.
The Hoof was on my board for a long time, but the Skreddy Rust Rod finally dethroned it.
I'd like to grab an Afterneath again.

Made a slight adjustment to my board. Moved the EQD The Plumes over to a light gain OD position and added the JHS Moonshine for my medium to high-er gain OD. I still love the Signa Drive that I had on there before but am really feeling the Moonshine right now and the tone of the Signa was being wasted as a light gain OD, although it is great at that. I'll still love and will use the Signa but this is what I'm feeling right now. 20200718_203220 by Johnathan, on Flickr

I still have and use my big board. That being said, I had the itch to put together a smaller bare bones pedal board as well. So I went through a local pedal board builder (Kentucky Hot Brown Pedalboards) and bought one of their boards. Beautiful wood boards, almost a shame to cover them with velcro, but ya gotta do what ya gotta do. Ha! Anyway here it is... 20200814_233349~2 by Johnathan, on Flickr

It's been "pages" since I updated things...what fun is that?!? I replaced the Timmy with a Box of Rock and I'm liking it! I missed the reverb for slide stuff so I put that back on as well.

If so...how do you route the guitar cable? under the board in the middle? Hi, Is the tuner the first pedal in your chain?

Hi, Is the tuner the first pedal in your chain? It's last. The mini booster is first. There's a cable under the board from the Tremolo to the Rotochoir.

I was under the assumption that the strobe tuner should be the 1st pedal your guitar sees. I have the tuner 1st on my nano board but I can't use a right angled plug because of where the power input is. If i use a straight plug then im paranoid someone on stage could walk on the straight end as it sticks out so much.

I joined a Rock cover band and needed to put another pedalboard together. Also, with the CAZ-45 coming, I wanted to use it's buffered loop for modulation and delays. This is actually prototype 2. I had a Fulldrive 2 on here, but removed it and added the tremolo. Note the Friedman Buffer Bay. It's really great and highly recommended!! I had get the M5 for the Whammy Pedal effect. The Mission 66 expression pedal is also pretty good. So, I'm using it for a Wah and other stuff that would go in front of the amp. The Tumnus will come off once the CAZ gets here. There also a new Truetone 1 SPOT PRO CS7 7 mounted under the board. Signal goes: Guitar - Buffer Bay (buffered input) - M5 - Tumnus - Buffer Bay - amp. Then: amp effects loop send - Buffer Bay - tremolo - chorus - delay 1 (long) - delay 2 (short) - Buffer Bay - amp effects loop return. I getting some new cables from Todd that will complete this board. More to come on that!

Updated with PCNS cables and snake! Once I get the CAZ-45, the Tumnus will stay on the board, but will be disconnected. I have a 4th channel available for a 2nd amp rig. Here's the Pedalboard end. Another view with the snake end. I use the Maxxx cable tie to keep them together. The Amp view. The tie acts as an anchor.

Todd Todd, Mine will go under the head I think. I won’t really know until I get the CAZ. The snake will get a workout this Saturday! Thanks for helping me out in all of this.

Rearranged my larger pedal board, especially the dirt section on the right - including the recently acquired Z-Drive and Nordland ODR-C. Currently experimenting with various OD pedals - finding out what works best with various amps. Love my Z-Wreck Jr - wonderful amp which doesn't need any pedals at all really, but still works well with them, useful for some applications.

Here's the current iteration of my pedal boards... Here's the big board. The Earthquaker Plumes has been replaced by the Union Tube & Transistor Tone Druid. Then the J Rockett Tranquilizer has been replaced by the Walrus Audio Lillian. Then I also have added the RMC Picture Wah on the floor to the side. 20201205_192035 by Johnathan, on Flickr Then here's the smaller, more compact board. The only change here is I replaced the Alexander History Lesson V2 with the HBE Mimic Mock 2. Everything else is the same. 20201205_192143 by Johnathan, on Flickr

Tell me about the red rings on the tone knobs on the KOT. Those rubber washers - as used on Grolsch beer bottles - make the knobs slightly stiffer to turn, so their setting gets less easily changed by knocking your foot into them.

I love my Nobels ODR1-BC (one of the very best overdrives I have played yet). Did you have the occasion to compare one to the other?

I like the Woodsman quite a bit! Won it in one of DCW’s holiday giveaways. I use it for a medium to higher gain sound but it’d be great for low to medium gain too. I’ve been impressed.

I really like the new Nordland ODR-C, but I have not compared it to any other Nobels versions. The Lo-Cut pot is very useful since the circuit doesn't cut the lows like some other overdrive pedals (KoT for example).
