Well guys this long weekend was a good time for my Remedy and me to bond more, as well as welcome the new Z-28...
Been running the Remedy on half power and the Airbrake on the bedroom setting..... Still plenty loud for my place at about 3/4 up with the volumes... Great TONE!! very nice Rock n Roll to be had but i still find my self playing it a touch cleaner and not to balls to the wall...
I was expecting to do some knob twiddling to get it to sound natural but didn't do anything other than turn the volumes up..
On a side note maybe its just me, but I was thinking or maybe under the wrong impression that the Air Brake on the bedroom setting was gonna be pretty quiet... Was surprised that it was not and was still putting out an almost to loud for an apartment volume but the TONE was Killer!!! Anyone else experience this as well?
The Airbrake is nice nice nice... Worth the wait... ;D

Yeah, bedroom is still pretty loud for an apartment, but I find it useful in my house for sure.

Ok good I was wondering if something was wrong... Thanks Steve.....
Bedroom Setting either on Max or at bout noon sounds great and I can get by with the volume if its in the late morning/early afternoon.

Hey Tyler, I don't know about the Air Brake - but with my S/A B/L I found that it "changes" the attenuation levels slightly depending on whether you're running your speakers @8 or @16ohms... I think "doctorice" posted some information about this in a thread he started earlier this spring... I'm running the RAY with an Avatar Vintage 2x12 closed back cab @16ohms - and it seems to make the amp a little punchier and more responsive...tom

Welcome home Ty! Glad you're finally back to your "new" stuffs. Yeah, the bedroom setting is still kinda loud but sure as heck knocks a lot off the volume compared to not having it. ...btw, be sure and try it at full power. It sound much more full and dynamic that half power when attenuated. It seems to be more apparent with the AB than without it.
