Had an audition lately with a wedding band. I asked them on the phone previous if there was a cab I could plug my head into and they said there was a 4x12 Marshall something or other there. The other guitarist was using one of these POD X3's I think that's what it was anyway and his sound was amazing through the PA. It sounded very thin though in comparison to the mini when I plugged in. Still surprises my this little head. There's definitely some mojo in there and as I said before playing straight through to the mini definitely has made me a better player. The only effect I'll ever need it seems is a tuner and my flying dragon for solo boosts.

Hey I love mine too, I agree 100%. The only thing to add is mine is so much more fun and portable since I converted it into the combo. I did it right with the switchraft 90 degree plug soldered to the speaker wire so it is a proper combo and also since I move it around a lot going to practice etc, but I can still unplug the onboard speaker and use it as a head for my 1x12 Z cab when I need to fill a bigger area with sound or just get more volume.
Hope to get a 12" red fang in my cab soon. Still very loud for 5 watts through a 10"red fang. Hard to believe it is 5 watts and it can hang.
I have been truly amazed at how many great tones are in this amp. Less is much more here.
