I'm curious, my JAZ 20/40 doesn't appear to have an effects loop, but does have a very handy removable footswitch plug position (the plug is on the back (facing the back, just to the right of the speaker output). Mine was manufactured in March, not a special order (bought new from my local dealer). I've never had an amp with an effects loop and my "tone purist" friends seem to generally agree that the fewer paths the better. Is the JAZ moving in that direction? The amp sounds great and I generally only use delay effects for a little slapback so this isn't a big deal to me, but it was curious. Anyone know?

So, I decided to reach out to Dr. Z and got a confirmation that the JAZ will not be made with an effects loop. This doesn't surprise me, most of Dr. Z's amplifiers don't have the extra circuit, and I've been told that the preference is to put effects in front of the amp. It works for me. I didn't ask if there would be an option to include one if you order it but in my case I'd skip it anyways. Love this amp.

I have the loop on mine. But I'd still like to move the pedal connections. Please post a pic.

I have no idea how to do that ... can you post instructions? I'd be happy to do so.
